Join Redo and Help Build What Comes Next

Redo is a technology company built around thoughtful people and long-term work. We care about how you grow, how you feel at work, and how your life looks outside of it. If you’re excited by ownership, learning, and solving meaningful problems, you’ll fit right in here.

This page gives you a high-level look at how we think about benefits, flexibility, and the experience of working at Redo as a member of our team.

Our Approach to Benefits

Benefits at Redo are designed to support the whole person, not just check a box. We look at how work, health, time, and financial wellbeing fit together so you can do your best work over the long term.

As the company grows, we regularly revisit our programs to keep them aligned with our values: flexibility, ownership, and building a healthy, high-performing team. The details may evolve, but the intent stays the same—make Redo a place where great people can do lasting work.

Time Off

We believe that rest, focus time, and real life outside of work are essential to doing meaningful work inside of it. Our time off approach is built around trust, planning, and making it possible to step away when you need to.

  • Paid time away from work so you can rest, recharge, and take care of life outside the office.
  • Company-observed holidays to create predictable downtime across the team.
  • Support for major life moments, such as welcoming a new child or caring for family members.
  • Flexibility to handle the unexpected, coordinated with your manager and team.
  • A culture that respects calendars and encourages planned, uninterrupted time off.

Insurance

Redo offers a set of insurance options intended to support your health, your family, and your peace of mind. Specific plan details may vary by role, location, and eligibility, but the goal is consistent: provide clear, dependable coverage for the moments that matter.

Health

Team members have access to medical coverage options designed to support preventive care, everyday needs, and unexpected events. Redo offers two health plan options from Selecthealth with generous contribution making your monthly premium only $20 and $40 a month depending on which plan you choose. In addition, if you select a high deductible plan, Redo will also contribute $100 a month for individuals and $200 a month for families into your HealthEquity HSA.

Dental

Our dental coverage is structured to make routine preventive care straightforward, with additional support available for more involved treatments. Full plan information, including eligibility, is provided in your offer and onboarding materials. The premiums range from $12.94 -$61.06 a month.

Vision

Vision coverage helps with regular eye exams and the costs associated with glasses or contacts. Premiums range from $2.86 - $8.74 per month.

Life & Disability

Life and related coverage are in place to provide an additional layer of security for you and your loved ones. Redo pays for you to have $50,000 at no cost. You also have the option to buy more coverage. You will also be provided short term disability insurance at no cost. This covers 60% of your pay (Max of $3k per week) up to 11 weeks.

Voluntary Benefits

In addition to core coverage, Redo offers voluntary programs that allow you to customize protection based on your situation. These include Hospital, Critical Illness and Accident Insurance.

Equity & 401(k)

Redo is built on the idea of shared ownership—of the work, the outcomes, and the upside we create together. Our compensation philosophy includes a mix of base pay and long-term incentives so that team members are aligned with the company’s trajectory.

Equity and any retirement savings options, such as a 401(k), are discussed transparently during the interview and offer process. Specific details, including eligibility, structure, and any matching programs, are documented in your offer letter and our internal compensation guides rather than on this page.

  • Team connection opportunities that are intentional, inclusive, and respectful of time zones.

Recognition

At Redo, recognition is about more than big launches or public wins. We care about how work gets done—how you collaborate, support others, and raise the bar on the quality of what we ship together.

We combine regular feedback, thoughtful performance conversations, and team-wide appreciation so that meaningful contributions are visible and rewarded. As the company grows, our recognition practices continue to evolve based on what actually helps people feel seen and supported.

Referral Program

Great people know great people. Redo maintains an employee referral program to help us grow thoughtfully with teammates who share our values and raise the bar. The specifics of referral bonuses, timing, and eligibility are communicated internally so they can be updated as the company evolves, and your recruiter can walk you through how it works in practice.

FAQs

Here are a few of the most common questions candidates ask about joining Redo. Your recruiter can share up-to-date details for your specific role, location, and team.

How does Redo’s hybrid or remote work setup operate?

Redo’s working model is designed around collaboration, focus, and flexibility.
