Before you need care, follow these four simple steps to make sure you get the most out of your benefits and avoid surprise costs.

Step 1: Set Up Your Tools:

Download your benefits app, save your ID cards to your phone, and add the Benefits Resource Center contact information.

Step 2: Choose In-Network First:

Before scheduling care, search for in-network doctors and facilities. Always ask for a cost estimate when you’re referred for tests or procedures.

Step 3: Use Preventive and Virtual Care:

Preventive visits, annual checkups, and screenings are free under most plans. Start with telehealth when possible, it’s convenient and saves money.

Step 4: Be Prescription Smart

Ask your provider if a generic alternative is available. Use preferred pharmacies or mail-order programs to cut your costs on maintenance medications.

Why did we move from MotivHealth to SelectHealth?

While Motivhealth was a great partner, we found many of our team members were getting care at Intermountain facilities. The costs of through SelectHealth are much more competitive for Intermountain care which helps us keep premium costs down in the future.

Do we have telehealth?
